
2024 has been a fantastic year filled with many incredible dining experiences. I’ve travelled extensively and also placed greater focus on exploring restaurants in the Nordic countries, as part of my work as Editor-in-Chief and correspondent for Falstaff Nordic.
My most memorable dinners include Gaggan in Bangkok and the Alchemist x El Bulli collaboration in Copenhagen.
Here are my most memorable dishes of 2024 – in no particular order:

Sushi with carrot, olives, and fig leaf oil at L’Arpege, Paris.
