15 most memorable dishes in 2018 – in no particular order.

2018 started in style with a visit to Barcelona and Girona in the beginning of February. One week later I ruptured my achilles tendon. Five days after the surgery I stopped eating painkillers and went with my husband to Noma for a wonderful lunch. After that – I postponed all travels until May.

This year has been great year in many ways. I have visited some amazing restaurant – and here are my most memorable dishes in 2018.

Panchino filled with beluga caviar at Distrutar in Barcelona, Spain.
Shrimps and dried fruits at Noma in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Caviar, coconut ice cream and oliv oil at Kong Hans Kaelder in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The Swedish dish in Bocuse d’Or Europe. Egg with herbs and garlic, Castelmagno-cheese, crispy potato, butter and olive oil emulsion, charcoal scented zucchini and Albenga asparagus in Stockholm, Sweden.
